The DAC is an organ of the College that presides over the affairs of drug regulation in WAPCP member countries.  The DAC shall comprise:  The Chairman; The Registrars of Pharmacists Councils/Boards/Pharmacy Councils of member countries; Directors of Pharmaceutical Services/Chief Pharmacists of member countries; Representatives from the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industries of member countries; Chief Executives of National Drug Regulatory Bodies or their representative who must be Pharmacists; one Representative of the Academia from each member country who shall be a Pharmacist; Director-General of WAHO or his representative; The President, WAPCP and the Secretary General who shall be Secretary to the DAC.

The meetings of the DAC shall be held, at least, once a year, at such time and place as may from time to time be determined by it.
