The JFB is the organ of the College that is in charge of the educational mandate of the College.

The JFB shall comprise: The Chairman; The Vice Chairman; The Chairman, Board of Examiners; Chairmen of the Faculties; Chairmen of National Chapters; The President; and the Secretary General.
The meetings of the JFB shall be held, at least, twice in a year, at the time and place as may from time to time be determined by the Board.
