The formulation was converted to powder by adsorption on Aerosil,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">evaluated for flow and surface morphology using a scanning electron microscope. The formulation in vitro drug&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">release was determined and compared with a marketed product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Results: <\/b>The formulation was stable, showed excellent emulsification time of 6.0 s, had a mean globule size of&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00ae w&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">33.59 nm and PDI of 0.182. Direct incorporation of artemether-SEDDS into Aerosil at a ratio of 2:1 \/ (artemether- w&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 19px;\">\u00ae&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 19px;\">SEDDS: Aerosil ) resulted in a dry powder with good flow according to the Carr&#8217;s scale, with a mean particle size of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">268.33\u03bcm, which were mostly spherical, with highly rough and porous surfaces.
