The instrument sought information on the level of institutionalization of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">essential components of QA, and explored for factors influencing QA, both on ordinal scales with weighting&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">scores of 1-5 and 0-4 respectively. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data. Chi square,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Spearman&#8217;s rank correlation as well as multiple and ordinal regressions were used to evaluate the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">respondents&#8217; opinions at 5% level of significance.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Results:<\/b> Only two (12.5%) of the essential components of QA had been implemented (WA\u2248 4) and none&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 19px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">institutionalised (WA\u2248 5).
