PART ONE

All candidates must be duly registered to participate in the Examination.

The Examinations shall be conducted in officially designated Centres recommended by the Joint Faculty Board and approved by Council.

Part 1 candidates will be examined in the core areas of the program.  It consists of two papers – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Essays and Case Studies.

Assessment

The pass mark for every paper is 50 %.  Candidates must pass every component of the examination.

PART TWO

All candidates must be duly registered to participate in the Examination.

The Examinations shall be conducted in officially designated Centres recommended by the Joint Faculty Board and approved by Council.

This constitutes the Final Examination and candidates will be examined in their areas of Specialty.

It consists of:

·         Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

·         Essays and Case Studies

·         Dissertation Report

Candidates must have satisfactorily completed the prescribed period of study including Residency.

Assessment

The pass mark for every paper is 50 %.  Candidates must pass every component of the examination.
