There shall be a Secretariat headed by the Secretary General. He shall be assisted by the Administrative Manager, who shall oversee the day-to-day affairs at the Secretariat.
The WAPCP Secretariat shall comprise, Secretary General (Administrative Head); Administrative Manager, Faculty Officer, Administrative Officer, Accounts Officers and others as may be determined by the Council.
